ONLINE PURCHASES.

  • Proof of purchase is required before processing any return.
  • The customer is responsible for the return cost.
  • The item should be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Our return deadline is 14 days from the time you receive your order.
  • Please inform us before you return any item.
  • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them.
  • In case of price increase since the last purchase, the customer will make good the additional cost of the replaced item.
  • Undergarments are not replaceable.
  • Textile products used, washed or altered will not be replaced
  • Our operating hours are between 9am to 6pm

IN-STORE CUSTOMER RETURNS:

  • Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required before processing any return.
  • Goods must be returned within 14 days
  • Cash refund can only be allowed on very special cases, after the required approvals.
  • Undergarments are not replaceable.
  • Textile products used, washed or altered will not be replaced.
  • In case of price increase since the last purchase, the customer will make good the additional cost of the replaced item.
  • Where an item being replaced is out of stock, an alternative item of nearly equivalent value and purpose will be offered and the customer will meet any additional costs.
